Had a awesome experience with Jean-Paul at Remedy. He was able to accommodate move in on short notice and while we were not pleased with how the unit was cleaned he immediately contacted a cleaner and got it cleaned and ensured he also joined in to help cleaning with the cleaner so we can start moving our items in. As we were down moving and settled in our Truck tire went flat and we needed to pick up another load.
