Remedy and Matt were great to work with. I called first thing in the morning because I had no hot water. They scheduled me for the next day but wound up coming that afternoon. Matt found the problem and fixed it. I was so grateful to have my hot water back.
Matt was fast, a great listener for my issues and professional. I would absolutely call him again for any plumbing problems in the future.

Fantastic experience! I called them on a Saturday night, they arrived earlier than stated on Monday morning. Matt came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about an hour. Super professional, clean, kind, and respectful. I have already recommended Remedy to several friends and family.
