They make the service personal! Great personality!
This company charged me $95 for a service that was never performed. I clearly notified Remedy Pest Control in advance that I wanted to skip the service because I had just planted new landscaping. Instead, they went ahead and billed me anyway for service that was not performed. The invoice listed a “service date of March 10,” but I have full security camera coverage of my property. Our technician, Mike, is always professional and polite. Would highly recommend this service to anybody. They also handle our regular pest control service quarterly in addition to our termite treatment.
