Update: Tried giving this place a second chance with my spouse for a mani pedi before our 10 year anniversary. Was hoping maybe the first visit was a fluke. Sadly not. Still just met with very cold and unwelcoming attitudes. I know I'm not the most typical customer, but a person all the same. I get a strong feeling I am not welcome here so I will not return. Do not go here for nail art - it's impossible to schedule it, and the salon would not help you with it. I scheduled nail art through Vagaro and specified that I needed nail art. I got a call asking about the details and was told that they might not be able to do it in time. They asked me to send the designs I wanted to Instagram - I sent a few saying that it can be something very simple. Just the best around. The atmosphere is so relaxing and they always do an excellent job with whatever service I have received. My mani lasts forever as well.
The location is clean and everything inside is organic. I am really sensitive to scents, so most nail salons do not work for me. They are good at gel polish and it’s quiet. I love that there are no TVs. There isn’t a waiting room, though; you just walk in and you’re there. The bathroom is also located outside the building around the corner instead of in the nail salon. I usually get a french gel and David is amazing.
I’ve been going to Remedy Nails for over a year now, and I cannot say enough good things! Every time I have a relative come visit me, I take them to Remedy Nails for some pampering, and they all give rave reviews on the drive home. I’m normally pretty boring with my nails (a nude nail is my go to), but I’ve branched out a few times and tried some nail art for special occasions, and they’ve never disappointed!
