She is quite plainly passionate, knowledgeable and capable in her vocation, all three traits are immediately present when working with her, and do not waver. The only surprise I’ve had in my appointments with Val, is the complete absence of doubt and uncertainty I’ve become used to when trusting another person with my health and wellbeing.
Val has been an integral part of me trying to heal my migraine disorder. I leave our visits feeling so relaxed, pain free, and better than I have felt usually for days/a week. I would 100% recommend her!

I had been having lower back pain for about a week that just gradually got worse and worse each day. Thought I had a herniated disc at one point but decided to get a massage and see if that would help. Val worked wonders! Focused on my problem area and I honestly think she fixed me!! I still had some pain after but not as badly as before. Definitely felt more loose. And even less pain the next day! I did the 1 hour with cupping and focused CBD. Great price and amazing work! Will definitely back!! Thank you Val!!!
