I just went for my first ever reflexology appointment while 21 weeks pregnant. I walked out feeling like a million bucks! Tom provided the most relaxing atmosphere and I felt like I was able to escape real life for the entire hour. The massage was wonderful and I will definitely be recommending him to all of my friends!
I love going to Tom for massages. His new space at Remedy is very relaxing and a perfect place to wind down the day. I am a professional dancer and Tom is very good at deep tissue massages that help with sports related aches and pains and he is also very skilled at stretching and improving my flexibility. I recently had a great reflexology session on my feet at Remedy that helped me relax and relieve a lot of tension. I will definitely return since I am on my feet all day dancing and teaching
I have give a BIG thank you to Remedy! I injured my back and I could not walk for almost two weeks so I went to Remedy and Edwina the Massage Therapist did such a wonderful job in helping recover. I know if I have not been to her I probably would have been bed ridden for much longer. Thank you for helping me heal!!!! I also want to mention how knowledgeable she was in giving ways to recover while at home! I love this place!
While I haven’t gotten the pleasure of benefiting from the services at Remedy Holistic as a whole, I have been blessed to work alongside Dr. Bonnie Heidel-Arnold whom is now the Acupuncturist at Remedy Holistic Health. Dr. Heidel-Arnold has assisted a variety of individuals whom has suffered infertility, migraines, sinuses, neck injuries, leg pain, gastric issues, etc. She does her work with plenty of passion, but most importantly wisdom! I truly had an amazing experience. I have received Tom's amazing reflexology treatment before and opted for a hot bamboo treatment this time. The facility immediately greets you with warmth, serenity and calmness. Definitely a mental escape! I loved it and will be back!
