My favorite thing about remedy health is the fact that it’s so easy to get an appointment and that they actually spend time with you and care about giving the correct diagnosis. Dr. Macias is an incredible doctor. I also see Karen Smith for pellet therapy. No complaints here. We loved everyone from the front office to the doctors. I also love the fact that they have a lab on the premises, so you don’t have to go somewhere else to do blood work. Keep doing what you’re doing guys!
We just recently started going to remedy health and everything about it has been fabulous! Dr Macias is A wonderful Doctor who takes his time when he evaluates you. I love the fact that they also have a lab right in the facility. I am starting pellet therapy with Karen and I am super excited about that. Easy and quick appointments. Awesome customer service everyone that we’ve came into contact with has been amazing. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I have been with Remedy since their early days. Today, I called to see why they have not refilled some of our meds. Hateful girl that answered the phone said they would not refill until we came in for a checkup. She said we should pay more attention to the spruce app so we would have known that. She didn't seem to care about stopping anti-depressants cold turkey. Cancelling all three of our agreements with them today. I guess they have grown so much that its time to stop caring.
I love Remedy Hlth. The office/nurse/doctor are so quick to respond. I get a msg on the app within minutes as long as it is business hours. This has been a life saver for me. I love my location and doctor.
