Was trying to get a new patient appointment set up for my daughter and the lady over the phone repeatedly asked me for custody papers and I already told her her father died five years ago. I’m her sole parent. There’s no custody papers and the lady kept asking if there’s custody papers she said she didn’t know what it meant that my child’s father died and I was the sole parent and she said just tell me if there’s custody papers and if you have custody papers, bring them when you come. This was complete waste of time and money and its ppl that have no clue how to treat long term trauma. Do not waste you time with this place..They want to put you an stuff you've never heard of like your a test subject when you know what will help you. Save your time and money!
