Utterly recommended! If you have a sports injury or a stiff back or knots between your shoulder blades then book sessions with the Sports Therapist Matt Tristram. He even used acupuncture, despite my scepticism, it worked! No more lower back pain! Marvelous!

I have been going to Remedium since the start of the year. Matt is very professional and friendly and his approach is very client based. I started with having sessions for tightness in my shoulders, then decided my calves needed more attention as I suffer from very tight muscles that has affected my mobility and agility for the past few years. I've had sessions with Joel for osteopathy on am old neck injury that was causing stiffness and pain radiating down my back. Even from the first session I was much more comfortable and mobile. He's friendly, professional and the results speak for themselves. I highly recommend!

Joel was excellent throughout. From a clearly explained diagnosis to a considered treatment plan, I have been able to take on board all his advice.
