I highly recommend Remedial Rhythms - I loved every part of the remedial massage I had with Rach. The space has been set up with care and intention so that it feels welcoming and relaxing. Rach was very thorough in the initial assessment and very knowledgeable about what was causing my condition. The massage was one of the best I’ve had, very relaxing and the hot stones were a lovely surprise! I can honestly say Rachel knows her stuff. The best massage I’ve had in years. She has a great understanding of the workings of the body and is extremely helpful with advice on improving weaknesses. I’m so glad I’ve found her.
