My mother is in assisted living; the facility uses Remedi for their meds. Doctors prescriptions go to Remedi and they send the meds to the facility pre packaged, it's about two hours away. Mom has Parkinsons and has very specific medications we've spent years tweaking. She needs on time with specific doses...or dyskinesia kicks in and other side effects. NOT contracted with "all long term care facilities" although given false statements in writing that they were by corporate office. Make sure your 2026 Medicare part D plan does contract with Remedi ohio, only very few are in network to get prescriptions filled at all through your insurance plan. Their Tampa FL office was closed, so null on those contracts. Only 2 high cost network plans are network in FL. I appreciate the hard work put in. There is always a sense of urgency to get the demand and requests met. Many don't realize the steps and processes it takes to get meds prepared and delivered. Many are ignorant and content with everything being a convenience. The staff are constantly trying to maintain and meet clients demands and are successful. Everything requires communication - never had an issue
