NOT contracted with "all long term care facilities" although given false statements in writing that they were by corporate office. Make sure your 2026 Medicare part D plan does contract with Remedi ohio, only very few are in network to get prescriptions filled at all through your insurance plan. Their Tampa FL office was closed, so null on those contracts. Only 2 high cost network plans are network in FL. Last week of 2026 enrollment you get letter from insurance company stating Remedi is not in network for 2026. Best hurry ... read more
Not very eco-friendly. I can't imagine the negative effects on the earth and that's just a small facility. Every patient has a bag for each medpass the nightly delivery comes in very thick plastic bagging. It almost seems like it should be illegal.
Not helpful customer service, call center and pharmacist. Don’t understand urgency situation. Always give fault promises on delivery time.
This is the worst pharmacy that LTC facilities use. Medications arrive late or not at all and when Remedi is contacted, the representatives are rude, completely lacking knowledge, and make baseless statements that are completely untrue. My medication didn't arrive as ordered. When they were contacted, the nurse was told that it would be drop shipped and at the facility within two hours. It arrived 5 1/2 hours later. My parents lived in an assisted living facility that used Remedi. Their service is great, but check your invoices closely. I have been emailing and calling for over a year about a lot of billing errors. The staff are very nice and are responsive, but for some reason they can't seem to get it right. They invoiced us for medicines that should have been paid by hospice, they invoiced us a lot more for medicines than our insurance co pay.
