I was introduced to Remede wellness at a time I needed it the most. It has changed the game for me both physically and mentally. The one hour of my day where I can shut my brain off and focus on myself. Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I ever made. I had been commuting from Philly to bucks county for work for a few years before a friend recommended this gym. I've been a member here for almost 5 years and it's been worth it from day 1! Amazing coaches, clean facility, so many options for free weights and other equipment. Classes are always fun, engaging, challenging and you leave feeling great! Highly recommend!

I've been going to this gym for a while now, and I can't recommend it enough! The workouts never disappoint. They are challenging, but rewarding, and the variety keeps things interesting.
