I was introduced to Remede wellness at a time I needed it the most. It has changed the game for me both physically and mentally. The one hour of my day where I can shut my brain off and focus on myself. In just a few weeks I have gained strength in places I’ve been working on for years, doing things I thought I couldn’t do anymore. Joining this gym was one of the best decisions I ever made. I had been commuting from Philly to bucks county for work for a few years before a friend recommended this gym.
