This review is in regards to REME's property development practices. I can't speak to the quality of their home construction. My home is in a neighborhood developed by REME, but they contracted the builds out to a large national builder with high quality standards. Issues I've found in the 2.5 years living in a REME-developed property: - Common area buildouts managed by REME (community grounds/services, not the actual home builds) are nonsensical, have little documentation overall, and there's no accountability for any issues... read more

So far a wonderful experience, we love our home and attention to detail and the unique style it is. We fell in with our floor plan.
Bought a beautiful house at a great price, the whole team was very responsive to all my requests. Couldn't be happier.
