The staff have been great throughout the whole process, and Eric the installer was excellent on the day of install. My 'Swimroll' product is awesome and looks fantastic on our Plunge Pool, and now the cover is installed we have started running the heater so we can use the pool all year round. The only thing that stops me from giving 5 Stars are the things that have to happen after you sign the contract, but prior to installation. I really didn’t want to do this but I am very frustrated and disappointed. I will say that when the pool cover works, it is fantastic. Our journey with Remco has been a long one. We originally went with Remco because we wanted our children to be extra safe around the pool hence why we paid $30,000 for a Cover Star cover. The first pool cover ordered didn’t fit so we had to wait for a second to be measured properly and made. Super happy with Remco and there team. They Helped me out through the whole process and delivered a fantastic result. The swim jet i installed works awesome and it was easy to install. Very happy New Zealand customer .
