I received fast and courteous service. Agent was friendly and professional.
The most unethical wrong doing people. I issued a policy for full coverage and they hid information from me. After they pulled the money form my account $350, they refused to send my ID stated that I need to meet specific conditions that they did not tell me about at the beginning. I canceled the policy in three 3 hours from the issuing time. They are holding $88 as non refundable. It is day 8 and still no credit to my account.
