Gone in two times now for motorcycle insurance the first time they informed me they do not do motorcycle insurance although they have posters claiming they do on the wall and their website says they do the second time I went in they said their system went down and they have to call me back I left my number but received no calls I tried calling them they answered the first call put me on hold and then I was disconnected called back only to get a busy signal and every call since then I'm routed to a office that is not located ... read more
The company was not very clear on coverage offered and when I had questions it took forever to get a answer. I ultimately switched insurance providers for better coverage and less cost after 2 weeks and when I ask about my refund once again I never received a response. Once they get your money they move on to the next victim.
