Horrible place to get insurance katalina gave us a price then later we got charged more and nobody would do anything about the problem...nobody answers the phones either...why have a number for complaints or for the offices if noone does their damn job!! Even after somone had hit us and we needed to speak to Remco never an answer, offices always closed etc....always an issue! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! USE A DIFFERENT INSURANCE!!
Yasmine was amazing and gave us great service and was professional and caring… we highly recommend using them at this location on South Street in Nacogdoches, she took time to help us with our insurance needs!!!
