This place is a fraudulent insurance company. Check your policy I discovered they lied about my birth date to raise the price put a false dl number and false Vin to have a totally void policy. I went back and made them fix it then they refused payment and left me uninsured for the holiday. There is a lawsuit pending. Hope someone there goes to prison for insurance fraud.
If it was up to me I wouldn’t give them no stars. The location site and staff are very nice and respectful and set me up with full coverage fast . Which is perfect. I’m use to other insurance like progressive being quick and on top of things. I recently hit a fenced and there wasn’t to much damage. Poor costumer service at the one on Mcardle and Kostoryz. I used to really like this particular location but the big fat dark guy that smokes alot of cigarettes was very rude. He must be the owner and doesn’t like women or something. I tried to reinstate my insurance with them and he never called me back. He kept saying he was busy and even had the other women tell me the same thing.
