I waited around 15 minutes to get my insurance card the lady who is working there was on the phone with I assume her mother but still I got a good rate .
After i was looking for auto insurance, but chose not they took almost 600 off my card and wont give back. Tried talking with agents but keep getring the run around and others were just rude. They claim they cant let me speak with Supervisor and hasnt or wont give me my money back. They dont care about ppl just take your money. Worse experience since moving to texas
