Leann with Pronto Insurance in Wharton Texas was very polite with great customer service for getting me insurance on my vehicle. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth process.
This place is a joke. I pay in person or via phone and they raised the price without notice by $10 dollars. Some lady kept saying it was fees. Yet calling the 800 number it was for the original amount I was paying plus a card fee. Called to see where my money was going to with those extra ten dollars and she said call corporate. Don't waste your time and energy. It's all scam.
Said i hade to pay to cancel $150 and to renew $150 i was not told i had to renew and pay $150 every time she said they recorded them telling me but can prove it i would not pay $80 if I new i had to pa$150 they took my $80 but can't refund and can't wait so I can getting pay so I can pay the rest. Just another scam.
The experience was pleasant & very helpful. I would recommend anyone.
