Purchased bond insurance and due to a typo that had TN instead of TX, it wasn't accepted by the agency. So , I had to return the next day which is the day off of the person who assisted me. A lovely young woman took the time to process the revised document because editing wasn't possible in the system . My valuable time was taken due to a mustake and I resent wasting time as much or more than wasting money.
