They never showed up, I called before the 2hr window frame they said they would call me. Never answered their phone. Havnt heard back for even an apology. They are OFF of my contact list.

This is a scam. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE. They will give you an appointment time and then never show. They hang up on you, give you the run around, and are not a real appliance repair company. If you search their phone number, there are several different websites and company names with the same number. They are all a scam! Don’t waste your money.
I called to set up an appointment, they said ok we will be there between 2 and 4 today. At 4:30 I called to ask where they were. They said it shows the appointment isn’t till the next day. I said “you didn’t tell me that, now I have wasted two hours of my day waiting on you” they hung up on me and still didn’t come the following day. TRASH!
