My son's electric comes through the neighbors trees. The limbs are hanging on literally hanging on the power line. We called them. They came and looked at it and said it was the phone companies responsibility?? Who has a phone these days? I thought they had crews for this??
They turned off my power without warning. SMH…
I don’t possibly know how people can leave a bad review of REMC. Unlike Duke they proactively inspect and replace damaged poles. We live on a street way back in the woods and when there is a big storm, our power is back on very quickly. When our transformer started going haywire in the middle of the night they were there in about an hour to swap it. Excellent service!!!
This place is the worst electric company I’ve ever dealt with. The women that work there are rude. I don’t know who does the hiring but they need to do better. The bill was outrageous for a tiny place and they will shut the power off over 10-20 dollars. Disgrace
Great service, nothing compares to the small town hospitality of a co-op!
