Called to have my service shut off and the lady was rude!!!
I was working with remc through a contractor called lewis tree. Trust me u do NOT WANT to work for lewis tree or remc they don't care about ther employees or customers at all. 15 days in and no power. If the lines were properly maintained this wouldn't be an issue. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
I use to be a BIG fan of REA. not so much anymore. After being w/o electricity 9 days. Might I add EVERONE on my street has had electricity for days now. And REA keeps passing by, no debris in the road (we took care of that) called everyday. "Your power has been restored" or "the work order is in." It's probably on the bottom of someone's shoe or under their desk. I'm on chemo (stage 4) I know, all you haters are thinking, "go ahead and die."
