Luke helped my wife and I find the right house for us. His excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills made the entire process more pleasant than we thought it was going to be. Highly recommend Luke to anyone looking for a quality agent.
We had a fantastic experience buying our first home with Luke! As we went through the process he helped us understand many things about what we should be looking for and what might put us outside of our budget. He was quick to respond to all communication, flexible with setting up numerous house viewings and did a great job connecting with neighbours to find out more about the communities we might potentially move into. We would absolutely recommend him and look forward to working with him again in the future.
It was a pleasure to work with Luke Shantz in selling our property, where we had lived for 50 years. He appreciated the value of our unique, heritage home and priced it accordingly. His 10 years of experience as a realtor was evident as he guided us through the intricacies of selling a property and sold it in record time. We are grateful for his support and understanding as we leave the home we love. Thank you, Luke!
Couldn’t imagine buying our first home with any other realtor. As first time home buyers, Luke made the entire experience feel smooth and manageable. We truly appreciated his knowledge and honesty every step of the way. Whenever we had concerns, he took the time to dig deeper and find solutions. He never backs down when it comes to making sure your experience is the best it can be. Highly recommend!
It was great working with Luke. He put so much effort into our sale.
