Hugh represented my company in the purchase of a multi- building property. Throughout the buying process (after visiting many properties) his experience and expertise were evident. He had great support contacts for surveying, inspections and closing. The whole process was easily navigated with his help.
My husband was recently the highest bidder in a "highest and best offer" deal, in which Mr. Morrow was the Real Estate Agent. The highest and best offer window had completely closed, with my husband being the prevailing offer. Mr. Morrow reached out to my husband's real estate agent and told him that my husband was the highest bidder and would therefore be the one to be able to purchase the property. This agent is not very ethical, made an offer on a house that had multiple offers so the he made us do a highest and best offer, we had the best offer. The agent dragged his feet getting final contract to us only to inform us that he awarded the contract to a higher offer that came in after we had already been awarded the contract. Beware of shady agents and take your business elsewhere!
