Aspen Groen has worked very hard in helping find a place to relocate in Farmington NM. Horrible Experience, first and last time we saw him was at the listing. No open houses, no flyers, no sign. He was useless and lied constantly about what was going on. He also said we could terminate at anytime if not happy, that is total BS, we asked to terminate and him and his Broker Matt Barton tried to extort 500 out of us to terminate the agreement.  We finally got them to drop the 500 but then wouldn’t give us the pics and had a non disparaging clause in the agreement. Shelley Shen has been a nightmare to deal with. She showed and signed me into the problematic Irvine property I am currently in. She was the sole contact for over a year and a half, having never had contact with the owners until the middle of an emergency that she could have prevented or helped the owners prevent. She is currently refusing to communicate about issues or provide the HOA’s email address, even when I requested it to warn the Fourth of July kids parade of possible asbestos that was disturbed by neighbor who want... read more

Terrible communication skills, lies, unethical. Encouraged the sellers to break the contract several ways. There were multiple problems revealed in the house and the sellers agreed to fix all, but then only fixed 3 small things and requested that we pay half! We did everything we were requested to do but the sellers, Dave and Sandy Lembke, refused to sell the house 4 hours before set to close. Evil, Demon people. Do not buy any house with this Demonic face on it.
