There’s lots of realtors in Ottawa, please choose someone else. RM was the listing agent for a property I was interested in. He did not put an accurate description of the property, and when I discovered the discrepancies, before signing a lease, he still somehow found a way to keep over $1000 of my deposit. I have filed a complaint with the real estate board, but to anyone thinking of buying / selling / renting a home with Russell, I’d strongly advise to look elsewhere.
