Jonathan had been my agent for a few years now, and he has been always on top of everything. He is a detailed oriented person and very professional on what he does, I strongly recommend him to you all.
To be honest I was a little skeptical at first because he became my agent at an open house and it was the first time we met. I was a first time home buyer and I had no idea what to expect but he made me feel comfortable the entire way and made sure I got the house I wanted. He answered every questions and negotiated fairly on my behalf and even dealt with issues that my lender caused. I am glad he was my agent and I would use him again in the future.
