I must give Sean and Rematee a 5 Star rating. I had the fortunate opportunity to meet Sean, the owner of Rematee, as we live quite close to one another. His knowledge of sleep apnea is amazing and he made some suggestions including a cell phone app and journal which will be amazing in order to track my sleep apnea progress to a better sleep pattern. I started using the Rematee snore belt in January this year after my sleep study showed that I have significant sleep apnea when sleeping on my back. My initial contact was with Sean who talked me through which product was right for me. A real learning curve since then, however I am determined to make it work in view of all my health issues and my reluctance to use a CPAP. I had been alerted to the Rematee line of products by a sleep therapist. Was unsure of precisely which product and what size I needed to try. Wasn't able on first attempt to reach Rematee by phone but left a message and did receive a call back. Glad of the opportunity to speak with a customer service rep as I would not have ordered the device I ended up purchasing without his narrowing down my choice with his questions. Happy to report my sleep has improved.
