Very welcoming, and very Friendly, very nice atmosphere .
I’m very disappointed with my experience at Remarkable Smiles (Alvaston Practice). My uncle was given an appointment date months in advance and attended as scheduled, only to be told the appointment had been changed the previous week due to the dentist being on holiday. He had received no notification of this change — no call, text, email or letter. Despite this, he was charged £72 for a missed appointment. Excellent quality of care, all staff are polite and efficient. Annette's extensive knowledge and calming manner is reassuring on every visit.
Friendly greeting and staff remember your name which is lovely as I'm anxious when I arrive. I really like the Hygienist plan as well as it's affordable and another friendly service from the practice.adding an update as last Minday i had two appointments back to back but before going recieved some devastating news regarding a younger family member.
