Beyond impressed with the motorized shades installed. Mark was incredibly knowledgeable and professional; a true ambassador of Hunter Douglas with top-notch understanding of systems and materials. Blinds look great and work great. Today was the 5th room installed by Mark. Mark has wonderful knowledge of the Hunter Douglas product line, what fits in particular window depths, stacking, best light and operating systems for each application and situation. Highly recommended.
This isn't even worth 1 star. Your website you are open 9-5 on Tuesdays. We went there at 2pm and door was locked, nobody there.
