Called and talked with a tech, he was nice over the phone and scheduled an appointment.. He never showed and never returned a call or text.
Our ac suddenly died on what was probably one of the hottest days of the year so far. Parker (I think that was his name) was able to squeeze us in same day even though he was slammed. He really went out of his way to help us and was very kind and fair with pricing, etc. Also did a great job and fixed the issue. We will definitely be going to him for all our future hvac/heating needs as well. Highly recommend this company!!

We were referred to Parker and Remarkable Hearing and Air by a coworker. So glad we listen to their suggestion! Parker is knowledgeable, honest, and very fairly priced. He gave us some things to watch for, and some suggested maintenance to keep our HVAC system running smoothly. Our system is somewhere between 15 and 20 years old, so it is starting to show its age. When the time comes, we won't hesitate to call Remarkable Heating and Air to upgrade our furnace and AC.
Parker does great work, he explains things well, is incredibly fair-priced, and easy to work with. I highly recommend him for any HVAC work you need done. He’s a life saver.
