We bring our commercial trucks to OTR when they have transmission issues. Mike and the team have always been responsive to my calls and questions, and are more than willing to work with me on ideas that I may have about the problem. Even when one of our trucks was a *tiny* bit low on its fluid after the rebuild, they sent someone to my shop to check and fill the fluid so I didn't have to run the risk of driving it with low fluid. I was skeptical at first with all the great ratings this business had but after speaking to Jim Horine he assured me he was the right choice. Being overseas I was nervous on the fact that I couldn't be there especially with all the car repair scams out there but he treated my wife with respect and the work was done in a timely manner.I would recommend this business to everyone!!! My story is a rather long and unpleasant one, so I'll be editing for the sake of getting my point across. Basically, my transmission was shot after 6 years; 120, 000 miles; and general ignorance of standard car maintenance scheduling! After listening to a suggestion from my all-knowing husband, I had my car towed to a more commercially advertised repair shop *cough, cough Aamco*.
