Im a shop owner out in Detroit i installed a 2020 kia sorento 2.4 motor from reman group the first one had a few lil problems but with the help of Walter and his team they guide us through it. Very nice and easy people to deal with. I would recommend anyone to purchase a motor or trans from them. Thanks again for all ur help
Excellent communication and a clean product! The engine came with a packet of clear instructions. Core return was simple and fast. The product is priced right with a corresponding warranty coverage. I was very pleased from start to finish.
Stay away from this place. I bought a remanufactured engine at $6,000 for a 2014 Hyundai Genesis 2.0t. Upon installation. The engine had 0 psi compression in cylinder number one. They forgot a piston ring.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience purchasing an engine from this company. The engine was purchased with the expectation that it would be in good working condition and covered by the stated warranty. However, after installation, we experienced problems with the engine. The warranty process was also frustrating and did not provide the level of customer service or support we expected. Jean and his team provided good overall customer service. I could deal with less cold call backs but the overall quality of products and customer service is great. I've purchased at least 10 reman engines from these guys without trouble.
