Awesome Nails
Extremely dissatisfied. I was waiting outside for 10 minutes then finally when they arrived they were laughing and never at one point apologized for being late. My appointment was at 10am and I didn’t get called in until 10:20am. Once we were in the room I asked to confirm that my appointment was in fact at 10:00am and she stated it was. I told her I was frustrated because I had been waiting 30 minutes and she did not respond. Cancelled future appointments and was unable to receive a refund instead a credit when I personally would not return. Never was I told about no refund policy. The person who was supposed to see me wasn’t even there. Poor communication and unprofessional. So disappointed in the San Antonio location.
