Do not even deserve one star, but you have to give a star to give a review. This lady is unprofessional and should not be listed to provide services. I went to two different locations trying to get an appointment, finally got an appointment booked for Friday. I called to verify before driving 30 minutes to the office and was told that she think someone else was booked and she would call back. Still haven’t received a call.

If you purchased service thru Groupon she will not respond or schedule appointment. I used 2 different phone numbers and when I let her know which service I wanted to book for, she asked if I had a Groupon. Once I let her know I did, she told me to text her my name and she would send me her availability. Both times I reached out she never responded. Terrible business

I purchased a service from this business through Groupon and tried to contact them multiple times to schedule an appointment, but I never received any response. I also didn’t get any follow-up or alternative time offered. Unfortunately, this lack of communication made the experience very frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better customer service, especially when booking through a platform like Groupon. I hope they improve their responsiveness for future customers

Couldn’t even book my first session because they don’t answer the phone or texts. This place and their communication sucks, spend your money anywhere else.

Muy mal servicio, mala comunicación nunca quiso ponerme mi tercera session le escribía muchas veces para poner mi cita y solo me dejaba en visto, perdí mi dinero porque ella nunca quiso reponerme mi dinero pero tampoco quiso atenderme, no recomiendo para nada ese lugar perderán su dinero y no es justo fueron $200 perdidos
