Dr. Dawson is an exceptional primary care physician. I HIGHLY recommend him. I’ve been his patient at UCF Health for three years, and every visit with him has been consistently excellent. Dr is fantastic. Tried to change an appointment. Office staff refused to take a message. They offered an appointment in April. My original appointment was January 29 at 2. I wanted to shift to any time earlier that day or the next two weeks. They offered late April. This is unacceptable. Please call me Dr. Patel.

Paid $4000.00 extra for special lenses so I wouldn't have to wear glasses. Apparently a mistake was made with lenses and vision after surgery was worse than before. Has not acknowledged mistake. He gave me a prescription for glasses without explaining why I need glasses now and not before surgery. He is arrogant and dismissive of my concerns
We have always found Cynthia to be compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient. I followed her to this new practice and I also brought my husband to see her. She examines, evaluates, and discusses options. She has been spot on with everything for both of us from my cancer diagnosis to my husband's dementia journey.Cynthia is the best.
I have been a patient of Cynthia Hongamen ARNP since 2015 and followed her to a new practice because there is simply no one as compassionate and skilled in caring for her patients. Cynthia Hongamen-Hart has given me the best care! She listens carefully and always has suggestions to try, both using medication and also some more natural methods. Her follow up has been excellent, and I feel as though she truly cares about me and my health. I even followed her to a new practice just so she could continue my care. I have recommended Cynthia Hongamen-Hart to friends and relatives, and their experiences have been the same as mine. She is caring and compassionate, intelligent and observant. She is the best!
She is so caring and so competent. I have had a number of health issues in the past few years and she has been so precise and knowledgeable in her treatment, sending me to the best specialists when I needed further care. I always benefit from my checkups.
Rushed. Didn't listen to my concerns. Had to wait for an hour before she came into the office. Prescribed me something that wasn't in line with my symptoms (an antibiotic even though I didn't show any signs of infection). Went in due to coughing and didn't even check my breathing or use stethoscope. Suggested for me to see the bariatric team even though had nothing to do with my main concern; I'm aware I'm overweight and used to doctors telling me to lose weight but this is the first time I've ever felt offended by it, as I'... read more
