I purchased the split king size bed from the Santa Clarita Home Show. The salesman was good and the bed was delivered. The delivery was ok, the delivery man broke a part and I saw him put the part in his pocket. When I asked about what happened, she said "That happens all the time." I asked him to replace the part, if the manufacture made it that way, I wanted it on the bed. He told me he would have one mailed to me. He continued the install.
