No one answers the phone. Tried calling at different times, waited on hold for 10+ minutes several times. No option in automated menu to speak to a human. Giving up and trying elsewhere. Very unprofessional.
Saru, is one of the best technician who assisted me with my sleep diagnostics test. Very knowledgeable about her work. She is a very good listener who answers your questions so you can understand clearly what is going on. Very patient and understanding to your needs. Wow the person that answers the phone, she tried really hard trying to discourage me from getting the sleep study. She just kept telling me i need to test, to qualify for the study! Are you kidding me? And trying to make me jump through a bunch of hoops, til finally I just gave up and hung up. Never got my appointment. I didn’t want to make the appointment in the first place. My experience at this business was the worst experience dealing with a company that I have ever went through the actual sleep tests was satisfactory the experience turn sour due to the lady that works the front desk not doing her job properly I call the day before To verify if my insurance was going to take care of the insurance portion She verified on the phone to me yes they would I took the test 2 weeks later she called me to tell me I was liable for the the tests that I took I called Sutter to ask what was the procedure ... read more
