They are horrible company
Okay place for individuals, a family friend was looked after and taken care of when he was there.
You don’t have an option to leave a voicemail or contact anyone. Don’t you think it’s overwhelming and awful to try and find help? Especially in Iowa? Why are you creating hurdles for help? On top of a messy and confusing website? You should be ashamed
I work for REM in Dubuque and it is the most rewarding job I have had. The comment about REM being a bad company is ridiculous. The starting pay is good, the job is rewarding and they worked with me on scheduling.
