Excellent customer service... I always feel welcome when I stop by!
I called to see if they could fix my stroller tire, they said it would be no problem. I walked in later that day to drop it off, left to get a Dilly Bar from DQ and by the time I got back it was all ready to go!! 100% would recommend! Super friendly & fast!
After my first visit, I was known by name when I walked in. This is EXCELLENT customer service! Paul allowed me to test ride many bikes and custom fit me to the one I purchased. He respected my budget and was never pushy to buy anything that would push me over the budget. Highly recommend shopping local and with excellent customer service! I will defiantly be recommending REM to anyone shopping for a bike!
