If I could give 10 stars I would. I stopped by REM Audio on Saturday because my stereo stopped working in my car for some unknown reason. I spoke with Alex and he dropped everything and got to work trying to figure out what the problem was. Long story short, my stereo had finally given up the ghost. The customer service Alex and his employees provided was above and beyond outstanding.
