Worst bank not helpful when there is an issue with an account the app crashes All the time and when calling customer service to resolve issues they have no answers and just hang up on you the app does not work properly ever this bank does not have an atm to add to the inconvenience this bank is more interested in scaming you out of money with fees that come out of nowhere just all around worst bank to bank with
I got my car with them when it was relyon!! It was great I finished paying my car and two weeks later I went up there and asked them if I could open a savings with them which the lady told me “you can do that on the app” Figured they were busy went in two weeks later asked if she could show me and the Same thing happened… but this time she gave me a slip so I could download the app and create an account. I explained I had a checking and I’d just like to add a savings to which again she said “you can do it on the app” I left ... read more
I call on fraudulent charges, and they are helpful. But, instead of looking further they just canceled my card. I have to drive over 60 miles to get another card. NOT HAPPY. Won't give me another card in Kaufman. I have to drive to Forney to get card or wait 7 to 10 business days to get in mail
Very slow.
