Amazing service from Francis and Angie !!! Sweet ladies and helped me with everything I needed with kindness .
Credit union has lost all abilities to serve customers.Two cashiers and one person who tries to ignore everybody . Constant screw ups on accounts, confusing methods of trying to locate info ,now a computer generated voice to help.What happened to customer service.Spent an hour to still not resolve problem .Wish I had moved all accounts to somewhere else.Stay away
I call on fraudulent charges, and they are helpful. I don't know if the charges will be fixed or not.
Since merging with Neighborhood Credit Union it’s been nothing but problems!!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!! I’m switching banks TODAY!
