We stayed for a week and everything was great. Reluxme was quick to reply with any issues. The property (apartment complex) is l ADA, however, the unit itself is not so just be aware when booking. My son is a wheelchair user and was able to access the pool and amenities, but the apartment does not have accessible features beyond grab bars in the bathroom and zero entry doorways. The owner of this business, Christopher “Chris” Cruz, may present as a consistent professional committed to customer service. However, when I told Chris the unit was still dirty (photos attached) upon my arrival at 5 PM in January 7th, 2023, he first insinuated that I was lying. He later said that the person had just stepped away and was not done cleaning at 5 PM, 2 hours after check-in. Great property, lovely condo. We were beyond disappointed that the roof top Hot tub & grills did not work. We spent over $500 more than our budget to be able to utilize these amenities and they did not work. I shared my frustrations and nothing was accommodated. We also asked for toiletries to be available and they weren’t, we had to go purchase our own as well as coffee. For the price we paid I feel that is unacceptable. We should have been credited for something.

Great rental experience all around. Booking was easy, communication was great, instructions for getting keys, parking, check in all very clear. The vrbo unit itself was clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. Nicely furnished, everything we needed for our weeks stay. The sheets on the bed were the softest sheets I’ve ever experienced! I kinda wanted to take them. Haha. Highly recommend Reluxme and Chris and team.

I called to book a reservation for a concert in Charlotte. Less than 30 minutes after booking, the concert was canceled. I called back and the Reluxme agent said they would cancel and provide me a full refund as they had just spoken to me less than 30 minutes ago. They did not provide me a refund and charged me the full amount for the weekend stay. I have sent over ten emails and called as well and no one will talk to me. I would not trust this company at all!!
