This spa has been getting away with harassing customers for higher tips for years now. This can only mean that they are not paying their masseuses a fair wage. This needs to be investigated finally!After paying a 20% tip the manager (or owner) said you should pay a little bit more, she worked very hard referring to my massage therapist! Outrageous! This spa has been harassing customers about leaving high tips for months, maybe even years! This happened to me today and I left in tears because I had gotten lectured and scolded on how what I left wasnt enough and how that was rude of me. Ive seen so many similar reviews on ****** reviews and yelp reviews report similar things. Awful customer service!
