This spa has been getting away with harassing customers for higher tips for years now. This can only mean that they are not paying their masseuses a fair wage. This spa has been harassing customers about leaving high tips for months, maybe even years! This happened to me today and I left in tears because I had gotten lectured and scolded on how what I left wasnt enough and how that was rude of me. Ive seen so many similar reviews on ****** reviews and yelp reviews report similar things. Awful customer service!
