We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Relph Construction, especially when it came to their lack of follow-through after our home was completed. As part of our one-year review, we reached out multiple times regarding a serious issue caused by poor design—pipes freezing in our home. Relph construction is just marvelous. They have been building rustic creek in Goddard for two years. They collect hoa fees, but don't mow anything. There is a new build on 102 poplar court that has waste high weeds. Geeze, Wonder why its not selling.

Average new build so far as construction goes. Opened a wall to replace a failed custom tile install done by Relph and found warped and twisted studs along with a literal knot of plumbing. Finish work is average at best. Paint is poor. Plumbers took some shortcuts and covered it up. Custom work we had done was mostly not acceptable. Expect more of the same from your builders warranty as it's the same workers. Make sure everything is how you want it or delay your closing.
