Average new build so far as construction goes. Opened a wall to replace a failed custom tile install done by Relph and found warped and twisted studs along with a literal knot of plumbing. Finish work is average at best. Paint is poor. Plumbers took some shortcuts and covered it up. Custom work we had done was mostly not acceptable. Expect more of the same from your builders warranty as it's the same workers. Make sure everything is how you want it or delay your closing. I'll keep it simple: Poor quality materials and even poorer craftsmanship on a brand new $300k home. I do NOT recommend doing business with this company.
