i wouldn’t recommend this place at Moonee Ponds. i was booked for a 12nn appointment and was made to wait for 15mins and advised to have a look around. then when someone finally came up to me, made me try on dresses and was only interested as to wether I liked the gowns compared to the other shop that I have been to. When I asked if I could try another one, she just said if you still have time and it was only 1239H! I felt rushed and the staff didn’t seem too interested in helping me choose.
I had a really average experience at the Monee Ponds store a few weeks ago. I'm not even sure what her name was as she introduced herself as 'my stylist'. The person who 'looked after' me didn't ask who was with me or anything about the wedding date. She asked me what kind of dress I was after- and then pointed me to a small area of 'plus size' dresses. I told her I didn't want anything with lace and was looking for simple white, off the shoulder, yet she kept suggesting I try on lace dresses - one even being a blue/grey col... read more
Went here in July 2020 to try on some dresses at the Moonee Ponds store, was told to look around and was left alone for 15 minutes not even knowing where to begin or which dresses would fit me…..I think they need to rethink the way the run the “appointments” Beautiful dresses but felt very rushed and didn’t feel welcomed at all by the staff member assigned to me, she seemed bored and agitated and like she really didn’t want to be there, some of the dresses were too large for me and she didn’t even bother to clip them to help... read more

Really unhappy about my experience with fairy tales bridal - I went there two weeks ago the very first shop I visited and the bridal consultant spent all about 15 minutes on me. She picked out a dress from The sale section told me that this was the best dress for me. When I asked to see other dresses she said I could see them but this was the best that I could do in the store.
