I would think twice before you hire these crooks! I hired Swift Shift Van Line to relocate my property from Florida to Oklahoma. The company then outsourced the task to Relo Van Line for transportation to Oklahoma, where it was further outsourced to Masetro Moving & Storage. They have sustained damages and a significant amount of missing property. I paid for insurance on my move, but no one is taking responsibility for my damages and missing property. This is the worst moving company out there! Move Safe brokers them and we had a very bad time with them. They were to show up at 10 and finally showed up at 6 pm. They picked up on the 17th and was suppose to deliver on the 21st. We got out stuff 3 weeks later. And some pieces was destroyed. We have tried and tried to talk to someone to replace the cost of our damaged things. And their truck driver saw the damage things and he even took pictures of the damage. No answer! Steer clear of these people

This is the worst case of bait and switch I have ever seen. Shawn, from move safe, quoted us roughly $2700 and we agreed and he went through all of the parameters and then someone from their company called back a few days before our move went through an updated list of parameters charged us an additional $2000 and then the movers were due to be at our home on Sunday between 10 and two.
