Friendly, reliable eye doctor – My family and i have been going to Dr. Chern for years. Considering that we generally only go once every two years, she always remembers us, asks about our life, etc. She's very trustworthy - as she put it once, she'd only recommend something if she'd be prepared to do the same for her daughter.
Good care – I was very pleased with my exam at Dr. Chern's office. The receptionist was polite and prompt, and Dr. Chern took time to explain each part of the procedure and to inform me of my options. I was very comfortable throughout the entire exam.
